Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Make a request to return with your order number and item(s) name through our help center, more information can be found on our refund page.

We ship from from our warehouse in the US and Canada. Our US orders are fulfilled from our domestic centers for faster delivery.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 days within the US and Canada. international orders take 7–15 business days. 
Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays. 

Your automated tracking number will be sent via email before your package leaves our facility.
Once the package has left our facility and it has been scanned in by the shipping company, the tracking information will update.

Once an order has been printed and enters the processing stage, we are no longer able to cancel it nor make changes to the order.

If an address change and reshipment is requested, customers are responsible for covering the cost of the new shipping label once it has been printed.
