We want you to love your Pulse and Vitality purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
• All tags, liners, and packaging must be intact.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable

We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. However, please note that due to our automated fulfillment system, orders can usually no longer be cancelled once placed.

You have a limited window to cancel your order:

• Before Dispatch: Orders may be canceled only before they are dispatched.
• After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your refund is issued. If you don’t see it in your account after 10 business days, please contact your bank or reach out to us at orders@pulseandvitality.com.

After placing an order with us, you should receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. If you have not received this email, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue. Check your Email settings;

1. Spam Folder: Sometimes emails automatically go to the spam folder. Please check there first.
2. Promotions Tab: If you're using Gmail, sometimes our emails end up in the 'Promotions' tab.
3. Email Address: Double-check to ensure that you provided the correct email address when placing your order.

Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. The shipping confirmation email is sent after your order has been processed and dispatched.
